PERB Elections Continue in California

Although the Public Employment Relations Board offices in Sacramento, San Francisco, and Los Angeles are closed due to the Stay at Home Order, they will continue to hold representation elections. This differs from the National Labor Relations Board harsh decision to postpone elections. At the time of this writing, PERB officials do not anticipate any delays. Representation Petitions can be filed online, submitted via US Mail, or by fax. PERB staff, and attorneys are working from home. In person filings or submissions are not being accepted while the offices are closed. Vote counts for upcoming elections will be live streamed.
